We have been anxiously awaiting this little girl. Rosie was due May 27th. We have
given her an old Irish name, Caoimhe "Kee-Va", meaning Gentle, Beautiful and Precious.
Caoimhe is our second foal since we started Corby's Wee Donkey Ranch and our first
foal for 2010.
We were hoping for a spotted Jenny and we got our wish. She is perfect in every way.
She has nice bone, a full rear and a beautiful head. Her make-up is perfect.
Caoimhe is mostly red colored with white spots and a little gray on her legs.

Mocha was due May 29th, so again we had a few sleepless nights. But
it was well worth the wait. We let her out for some grass and I came
around the corner and she had went back into the stall by herself and
the foal was just delivered. A precious little spotted girl. She was standing
up within minutes, ready to go.
We gave her the Irish name Abiageal, meaning "Brings Joy". This name
really fits her. She is the most friendly, affectionate little oneI've ever seen.
Abiageal comes right to us and nose to nose with our Lab Brandy and her
mom is fine with it.
She too, has nice bone, straight legs, a really round rear and a great head.
Abiageal is mostly white with gray and some brown spots.
Abiageal is For Sale****See our For Sale page for more information.

Teena was due to foal June 5th, so again more sleepless nights. Harry
went to check on her 4:30 AM and Dillon had just been born. We missed
it again. By the time I got to the barn he was already standing and
nursing.
We gave him another Irish name, Dillon, meaning "Faithful, Loyal
and a flash of lightning". Which has turned out to fit him perfectly. As
soon as we let him out of his stall in the morning he goes racing around
at 90 miles an hour and Teena is running after him. A typical boy, full
of mischief and no fear. Teena will be fit and trim in no time. He is a
very loving and affectionate boy, he comes right over to you and rubs
on you so hard he can almost pushes you over.
He has fine bone, a great head and straight legs. We expect that he
will stay small. He is white with red frosting. He would make a great
future herd sire if you're looking for color or a beautiful SHOW donkey.
Dillon is For Sale****See our For Sale page for more information.
